i love this campaign but it feels like they're trying a little too hard with these, and say what you will but justin looks hot

He may be twice her age, but we hear creepy rock legend Axl Rose has a thing for Kelly Osbourne!

And apparently the Guns 'n' Roses star, 46, is no charmer when it comes to showing it either.

Hipster New York designer Richie Rich told OK! that he and his buddy Kelly, 24, bumped into the oddball singer at a recent Hollywood party.

"He was really weird with her," said the Heatherette fashionista at a party for the launch of the new Tide and Downy Total Care washing liquid. "He kept leering at her and saying, "I want to f*** you!"

We can't imagine Axl's fellow metal hero, Kelly's dad Ozzy Osbourne, being too happy about that!

Sick of Project Runway's subpar current season? You're not alone: Tim Gunn, the show's reigning fashion mentor is none too pleased with the current crop of contestants either.

"They keep walking around telling each other how great they are, and I keep saying to them, 'Someone is gonna go home,' " Tim tells OK!.

Who's the biggest culprit?

"We have Stella and her 'leatha,' " says the silver fox. "She's got to get away from that, and she's constantly defending, 'That's what I do.' Then you're nothing but a one-note. You better get prepared to pack your bags."

They're not the only ones to come under Tim's experienced eye for fashion — some celebs aren't exactly hitting a home run either, in his opinion.

"[Miley Cyrus] is just a little too tarty, forgive me," he says. "I don't want her to look like she's going into a convent school, but it's just a little too much for a 15-year-old. If I didn't know better, I'd swear she was 25!"

Tim's advice for Katie Holmes? Exactly the opposite.

"She went from looking like a little farm girl to looking like European royalty," he raves. "Now she needs to push back a little so that she doesn't look too dowdy or old."
